The "To the Cloud" campaign was a major $200 million marketing initiative launched by Microsoft on October 10, 2010. The series of advertisements was designed to promote the integration of Windows 7 with Windows Live services (such as SkyDrive, now OneDrive, and Windows Live Mesh), allowing users to access files, photos, and entertainment from their home PCs remotely while on the go.
