The king most famously associated with a disfigured appearance from inbreeding is Charles II of Spain, often called "the Bewitched." He was the last Habsburg king of Spain and suffered from a variety of health problems and a prominent "Habsburg jaw" due to generations of inbreeding within the royal family.
