JailBreaker (Prestiged.) Template

UO's JailBreaker is a 45-round AArC HoneyBadger that was a prototype weapon that he stole during a lab break that started when NightHammer 7 stormed said lab. He was captured and wrongly experimented on for a week. The rifle itself is silently effective, chambered in .300 BKL, a subsonic round type.
