Ben Shapiro, a conservative, is a well-known figure on the American political sphera. He appears on a video where he talks about Muslims being radicalized, because they want to follow the Shariah (the Islamic law that is the life code of Muslims and those that are in their land). In a section of this video (which is still available on Youtube) he says the two sentences that appear on the meme template.
