According to Know Your Meme, its associated with a "lost episode" that has Plankton trigger warning for an upcoming word, self-deletion. The image became more popular when it was talked about by SomeOrdinaryGamers, unfortunately the original video got deleted/privatized, but someone did reupload the audio to both the Internet Archive and YouTube.
