Customizable SCP Foundation wallpaper Template

A template for custom SCP Foundation wallpapers. Directions: put the clearance level (0 through OMNI) in [LVL], put your username or your OC's name in [PERSONNEL NAME HERE]; the contact info is optional. Put everything in Arial, white, with outline, noncaps. Black out the tags, they're just there to show you where to put stuff. NOTE: YOU NEED 5% EXTENSION ON THE BOTTOM FOR THIS TO WORK. CROP THE BOTTOM PART OUT. This may not work on some devices. It's intended for use with computers and tablets.
