Dog and Tongs Template

This is a frame taken from and r/aww post. I only know of 1 use case, by Skulker in a TheRussianBadger World of Tanks video (WHAT? NOT BUTTER!). The use was: "me advancing 1 inch in a pak40" over the dog, and "every enemy in the world" over the tongs.
