Devvo "D'you think it's dead?" Template

MC Devvo was a character portrayed by Christian Webb in the 00's created to represent a typical "pill-munching northern scallie" and dressed in "chav" style gear for a series of concerts and YouTube videos. One of his more viral videos was a scene in which he found a dead pigeon and proceeded to kick it around the streets without a care for who was in the vicinity, only after asking "Is it dead?" and "do you think it's dead?" repeatedly.
