In the SW movies, Jar Jar Binks proposes that secret Dark Lord Chancellor Palpatine receives all emergency powers because of the Clone Wars, which is obviously a very bad idea. This meme should be used by evoking a bad proposition (e.g. election, votation, committee decision), starting the sentence with "Meesa propose..."
