The meme template comes from a Tom & Jerry episode titled "Pet Peeve", and is showing the scene of the episode where the owner of Tom has had enough and decided to have Jerry (the mouse) to be their pet, because they think mice doesn't eat too much. The owner gives Jerry a peace of cheese, because, "they don't eat too much", despite not knowing that Jerry literally has A LOT of food he took/stole from the owner.
