It originated from Jeff Dunham: Controlled Chaos. Peanut says he has a ventriloquist dummy himself near the end of the show. When Jeff pulls it out, it’s shown to be a miniature version of himself. He then mentions that he look slightly like him. Peanut says he looks a lot like him. This meme should be used to show how similar things are. (EX: Venonat being Jeff, Butterfree being Little Jeff, and pokemon fans being Peanut.)
