The guy with the thumb up, Pierre Poilievre, conservative MP in Canada, didn't think twice before blindly endorsing the truckers' protest in Ottawa, Canada. It may even be safe to say he didn't think at all. And it backfired, big time! Use it whenever someone idiotically endorses a cause without exercising enough judgement to foresee the consequences of their endorsement, and brings shame to their group.
