Cheat Commandos Scrawny Reynold Template

The first part is meant to depict someone who is trying to be aggressive or assertive, but completely failing at it. The second part is meant to depict someone who is now extremely aggressive/assertive to something else. It's meant to be used in response to hypocrites who are supposed to be fighting against one thing, but only really care about/get mad at/try to fight against another thing.
