originated from the pause animation of Super Meat Boy Forever I think, I honestly can't remember lol. the main villain is Dr Fetus who seems heartless. during the Super Meat Boy Forever pause animation, Nugget, Meat Boy and Bandage Girl's child (the protagonists of Forever), who was kidnapped by Dr Fetus, draws a little picture for Dr Fetus. this would be the aftermath of Nugget giving the picture to Dr Fetus. this isn't shown but Dr Fetus later rips it up right in front of Nugget :(
