How I talk to myself vs. How I talk to others Template

I just thought of this meme. I thought that it conveyed a meaningful message. Sometimes, when we feel angry and depressed, we tend to talk ourselves as well as others down. Sometimes, we may be feeling superior to others in that - we may talk a great deal good about ourselves while talking others down. Other times, we may support others and lift them up but deep down we may be feeling inferior and insecure in some way. And I thought, wouldn't it be wonderful if we lifted others up and ourselves as well.
