Wizard-Beggar of Upvoting Template

I was thinking of how to accomplish the dream of as-many-upvotes-as-possible-for-everyone. I am pretty good at solving abstract problems. Here is what I came up with. Top caption reads: "In streams pressing up arrow to lower left of memes has the action of scrolling web page." Put any rational you like in bottom caption. Eventually a great many users will be trained in this new way of interacting with the upvote button.
