Popular meme in Latin America, based on Benito, the Spanish name for a cartoon character from Top Cat, translated in Spanish as Don Gato y su pandilla. In the cartoon, Benito would act as Don Gato's de facto "messenger", relaying messages on his behalf. The structure of the meme is: Top Line: Dice Don Gato... ("Don Gato Says..."), Bottom Line: a refusal of some sort, typically couched in foul language (i.e. "Que le importa un huevo" / "That he doesn't give a shit").
