a lot of really intelligent people don't seem to have put it together that all-electric vehicles = no gas & no gas tank, even though it's 2019 and Tesla has been very popular for years already. this is a very blunt "have you not been paying attention?" meme that plays off of this fact. the image is of a tesla's (newest) charging port, so that people can see for themselves. no gas hole, no gas, no tank. anyone who knows the contents of the image will be able to use and understand this meme in other contexts.
