I don't know of any conservatives killing black gay people. If there are people doing that, it goes against conservative values, and wouldn't be supported by other conservatives.
And saying a fetus or unborn baby is "a few cells" ducks the issue - you could define us as "a few cells" too. The question is if it's a human being, or not.
