Hey what is a comment reputation? I saw a discussion of it on another one of yours I think and all of a sudden I can't post meme comments anymore..

It's basically just your commenting status...there's a troll going around flagging everyone's comments, and using alternate accounts to flag the comments multiple times so that they get removed or the user loses their ability to meme comment. I think I know who it is and myself and others have reported him...in the meantime msg the mods under "submit feedback" and they should be able to restore your meme comments. Same thing happened to me last night.
