An estimated 1% of students have a C&C permit but liberals say the few % of refugee extremist shouldn't define all refugees

I read an article on this earlier. Apparently, professors are concerned that the 1% of students who might be carrying concealed will be "restricting free speech ".

1% of 50,000 students is 500... Then the 10% of those 500 will act childish with it. That's 50 people... But 50 people out of 50,000 are always doing something terrible. I'd rather the 450 responsible adults armed to defend the 49,500 people from the 50 assholes. Hypothetically speaking of course.
