I think it's strawberry

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say strawberry or cherry.
And I'll leave this here anyway:

It came from a Japanese cartoon & game series (sorta like Mario Party. Google "nyan nyan nyanko") featuring cats made of various food items (rice balls, hamburgers, ice cream, etc.)

Then someone gave the pastry one a rainbow and turned it into a gif with a song.

Viola, Nyancat was born.
