Bernie won the actual vote - 60% to Hillary's 38%. He should have received 60% of the (30 Total) delegates available, which would be 18; with Hillary receiving only 12 (approx. 40%). But the "Superdelegates" redistributed 3 of what he earned and they end up with 15 delegates each. Simple, right?
