The advice I give everybody is to make funny meme comments on front page memes.

I started doing that, because I figured at least then my stuff would be viewed by more people, and it seems to have worked pretty well. Also, it's more fun - there's a lot more back and forth on comments on front page memes.

Ya' I was thinking about that while I was doing the math,I even thought about bumping the numbers up,but it wouldn't serve any purpose.
That's kinda' the premise of this meme anyway,To think that you're doing well with gaining thousands of points but realizing there's long way to go to overcome the point spread... I'll keep trying though,even if I don't hit my mark I'll still be having some fun,learning some things,sharing some laughs and insights as well as making some new cyber-friends.With all of that in mind I've already gained a lot.

Sorry,I don't know why my exclamation points keep changing to question marks.Thats happened on several of my comments,at first I thought it was my error but I've double-checked before I send the text and it was correct.Now they've changed to question marks again.
Is that something that commonly happens here or maybe I need to use an app or something.

I've seen the site put in question marks when people put in emojis or emoticons. I'm not sure beyond that.

As to the leaderboard it might be one of those things that you reach without really trying to. It depends how much time you spend on the site and how active you are on it.

I think you've solved the problem.
I have just started adding emoji's at the same time this started happening.I hadn't noticed they were missing from my comments.I'll bet that's exactly the cause Socrates.
