im kind of a nivice at the difference,... but I did suggest he "resubmit". A repost,.. to my knowledge,.. is posting a meme that has been submitted by someone else before. Did I get that right? =) (Some may argue that resubmitting is reposting,.. but I interpret as resubmitting if it is your own meme). I have resubmitted memes using a different template,.. and had success where my 1st try failed. Maybe I made no sense and should add some Jamesons to my coffee! =)
