At risk of sounding even dumber than I actually am,... .who is Herdy Florgan?

It's just part of what the Swedish Chef might say - "herdy florgan ern a bork bork bork..." It's not actually a person although it might make a good name for a Swedish TV detective - "Herdy Florgan, homicide." If you check out the Swedish Chef on YouTube it might make sense. :)
