Why not just make memes that you think are funny, or that you think other people would enjoy? If they get on the front page, great, that's a bonus!

But if you make the front page by making a meme you don't really like, wouldn't that be a pretty hollow feeling?

(Those are my thoughts on it, anyway.)

That's exactly my point. I see memes on the front page that I've seen a thousand times, then there are memes that are actually funny and original and no body sees them. I wasn't talking about my memes. Just memes in general.
