This meme was produced by ME, a parent who pays monthly child support and also has a relationship with his son.

However I do know people who pay child support and still have to put up with the other parent being a jerk, trying to take the kid away, and then complain through it all that daddy doesn't take the kid often enough as if paying the support is a get out of the relationship with his child card. Just disgusting.
