With the text in the normal position, the scythe blade wasn't clearly visible. And when I dropped it, the meme looked off. I finally settled on Arial font so you can see "through" it, and dropped the text just a little bit.
As for the glow, you know how you can change the color for both the text body and the shade/outline? The body is black, the outline is light blue. Then I increased the numbers by the color to give it that glow. If you want it to go higher than 9, you have to select the numbers in the box and type them in.
