LOL....there are only maybe 3 people on here that would get that. And it still doesn't get you promoted. I only ever saw one get promoted like that. He picked up the day he EAS'd.

I was stuck as a LCpl forever because in my MOS if you signed up for six years you got Cpl guaranteed after 13 months (this was in the day that you could sign up for a four year initial enlistment).

I came into that MOS as a lat move, so didn't have that option. So all these boots were pinning on Cpl while I had twice as much time in the Corps on them just because they weren't promoting anyone to Cpl via cutting score. Hell of a system!
