Why should I pay for someone else's problem.

Shouldn't we as people help each other? Isn't it a bigger problem if people are only concerned with themselves, and object to their money being used for good purposes?

Not when I can't buy food or pay my shelter. And I don't get help to pay for my healthcare

I understand why Obamacare needs to be changed, but just don't ignore the good it can do.

I said nothing about ignoring. I said it was wrong to rob the poor to pay for others.

I agree with that. I think we should loosen up the tax on the poor and tax the rich.

It's an old saying. I couldn't think how to end the conversation. I'm not sure what the saying really means. Surely not cannibalism. It's probably some liberal saying. That I wouldn't agree with.

So are you for or against taking the rich?
