HIPAA protected data now goes to the FBI. Three words: Government data breaches. Almost too common to count.

I hope that was a joke... sounds too incredulous to be true.

It was a headline I went to bed with (my bad, I didn't look too far into it), and I'm already pissed about the OMPF breach that lost all my data (this included data about my family, relationships, travel, and also my biometric data, etc) to an unknown entity.

From further digging on this, it looks like obama's new executive order has mental health providers revoking gun purchasing via the background check system. There is a method to revoke, but I cannot find any reference to a method to restore a persons gun rights.

So basically, if I'm ever feeling crazy...there is no way I'm ever going to get treatment because the risk of having my gun rights permanently violated it too high. More mental health care...cool...now discourage anyone from using it by violating their rights. That's really going to help.

We as a society have completely lost control of this Republic. I'm not sure how to get it back without short, term limits, and stopping politicians from creating laws that only benefit themselves. Our votes no longer seem to count.

This why Trump is going to win. People are so sick of crap from self serving politicians who pander to whoever pays them the most, they are going to inevitably vote in whoever is the farthest from all that crap. I don't necessarily agree with him, but I respect him for funding his own campaign and being bold and unafraid to offend anyone.
