I'm not talking to you! ! ! Panspermiote made the '24' comment, and I WAS TELLING HIM that there were 40 world time zones rather than 24, which is an extremely common error.

Actually, there are 40, not 24. Time zones tend to follow the boundaries of countries and their subdivisions and NOT 15 degree meridians!
