What a dick move, sounds like something that my company would do. I got hired and started the last week of October. During the first week of November they put out a memo that said that they were closing all offices for the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Everyone was REQUIRED to use PTO or vacation hours for three days for each of those weeks. I obviously did not have any PTO built up, so after working there two months I had negative 6 days of vacation! Merry Christmas!
