This Christmas special was so-so. Seemed more like forced closure for River Song than anything. And the hydoflax cyborg thing was just an awful gimmicky plot mover. Seriously, a suit powered by miniature TARDIS tech and run by a genocidal maniac and then they go to a star cruiser full of genocidal maniacs and murderers and the Doctor has no knowledge of any of these people or places or things?
