This meme was created as a joke. It never actually happened. I generally do know stuff about current events. And is arguing an important point somehow rude? I don't think so. I have been wrong before, as with the TSA example. However, I am not and idiotic conspiracy theorist. Anyways, it' snot like I really care what people think of me. I don't really like Socrates as a person, but I like his memes, so I upvote them. If the person makes funny memes, you shouldn't care if you like them or not.

Making a point that you have knowledge of is not rude. Disparaging a meme on a subject you have no knowledge of would be rude.

If you don't care what people think.. why bother commenting? What you say and do on a public forum defines who you are. It is a statement of your character. So why have an acct on imgflip to intentionally be rude? If no one likes you.. they will not visit your memes or share them.. so making them is futile.. it serves no purpose. However..if you are nice to users.. they will visit your memes.. they will leave good comments that others respond to and you will have an opportunity to "inspire" thought, laughter, etc. I am sure you grasp that concept.. or you would not have signed up on imgflip,.. correct?

I would be willing to look at and upvote your memes.. and make suggestions. When I joined imgflip.. I listened to advice that senior users gave.. and it worked. It can for you to.. but being rude or antagonistic will not help you.. and it will not hurt top users like socrates. He did not become a top user by being rude .. i assure you. I'm not sure why you don't like him either. Many people disagree on social / political / religious issues. It's no reason to not like the person. He would be as willing to assist you as I am.

Why not give that a try rather than the path you are on. I for one like seeing us errs do well.. Socrates will too. ;)

I do not comment on an issue I know nothing about. I am not intentionally rude. I din't care what people think of me, however, I have opinions and arguments about issues which I wish to share. You are acting as if I am a brainless dolt, a sheep lost from its herd in need of guidance. There is nothing worse than a condescending person who knows almost nothing about you.

I unfortunately was cut off early from my comment, as something came up. I was going to say I was willing to start over. I do not understand the second half of your comment. There is no rhyme or reason. I do my best not to pass judgements on people I do not know much about, but I am an unfortunately impulsive person, and I am willing to admit my flaws.
It appears you may not have the same capabilities.

My flaws are not rudeness or willingness to help a user.. or to put misunderstandings behind me. I have plenty of other faults though. ;)
