This was the closest I could find to what I saw. It didn't have "fire department" on it. If it didn't have "Calgary" at the top I would have assumed it was European which is not that rare. But a VW Passat (or similar) from Canada in the UK just made me wonder why someone would either drive it or ship it to the UK.
