God isn't unjust. People are sentenced to hell not just for using their will, but rather for using their will to do wrong things (or to do so-called "good" things, but for wrong reasons).

I'm not sure it's useful to say God gives people "free" will anyway (depending on what you mean by that), but that's a different subject.

So coveting your neighbours cattle is punishable by hell? Believing in God but not doing what the bible says is punishable by hell? Being an atheist is punishable by... Well it's not punishable as its a life free from a fake, mythical deity and no fear of damnation in a fake mythical place.

If that's a "just" and "righteous" God then I'm glad I'm an atheist
