And that "let the rest of us enjoy" part is unwarranted. I'm not trying to spoil/ruin your experience with my memes. I'm expressing my dislike of the film. If you really can't handle spoilers, stay away from the net.

And I hate to "spoil" it for you, but if a film relies on spoilers and can't be enjoyed if they are revealed, then the film is terrible. I saw the last 15 minutes of Fight Club first, but still rewatched from the beginning and enjoy it to this day. Because Fight Club is a good film.

I've watched Boondock Saints probably a hundred times, and RT has it at a 20% by 25 critics. 334,000 fans gave it a 91%. So RT isn't the best way to judge a film.

And this same phenomenon that's happening to sci fi fans with TFA is what happened in 1999 with TPM. TFA is just released but will take a moment to sink in so people can go " hey! that was shit!"

TFA is just ANH all over again with the most retarded film death of all time in it. Not to mention that despite Disney trying to be PC they still ended up looking as racist and sexist as they always have. And they didn't use perfect stories that already had plenty of strong female characters. F**k Disney. :{

RT does not give accurate user reviews,.. Boondock saints was a badass shoot'em up up fun movie!

TFA is a shit film no matter how many pretty words they attempt to attach to it. It's not even a SW film when one thinks on it. :{

Well a bunch of us are going next week after christmas. I'll let the cinematic experience course thru my veins and hopefully I will walk out of there thinking it was not a waste of $12. Then I guess after that, wait for independance day 2. I think I'll skip Point Break re-hash. How do you improve on perfection?

lol The fact that you'll skip a rehash like the shitty PB remake, but won't skip the shitty ANH rehash known as TFA is priceless.

SW was never "perfect" but it was still better than everything else up till this farce.

But the point is that Disney had the story they needed to make a great trilogy(the Vong War) and foolishly didn't use it to instead make a PC film and to use it as a political tool to talk about supposed inequality and racism in film while also being a hypocritically racist and sexist film(TFA) itself.

An adult will not enjoy this film. It might entertain you for 2 hours, but it won't have the 'rewatchabliity' that the other 6 films do. And will ultimately be considered worse than TPM.

I hope you and your friends/family still have a great time at the cinema, but there's no way you can truly enjoy a film that crappy and unoriginal. It also doesn't feel like a SW film other than having SW technology in it. :{

That's a really good point - about not feeling like a SW film (apart from the technology). The characters and dialogue just seemed off.
