Perhaps you are referring to the theory that Native Americans are actually descendants of people from a small mountain town in Siberia (or more loosely, Asia) who walked across a once frozen land mass (Beringia) that is now called the Bering Strait. If that's the case, you are correct. However, one thing that can not be disputed is that the United States, as we know it today, was created by European immigrants that essentially seized the country from its inhabitants. Those inhabitants are commonly referred to as "Native Americans"…whether they are actually "native" or not is not relevant to the issue. They were here long before my ancestors... and without knowing anything about you, I would go out on a limb and say that they were here long before your ancestors, as well.

If you are simply trying to say that the man in the picture is a phony (as in not an actual American Indian or Native American), then perhaps you are right. I don't know anything about him on account of it being just a Meme template provided by this site.

Yes, I was referring to their migration from Asia, to some degree. There are actually more immigrants in this world than most people believe. A vast amount of societies on this planet have migrated at some point in their history.

Believe it or not, most of the "native Americans" here before us were violent, murderous people, continually waging war against each other for territory rights and domination against one another. Many of them were not peaceful people. Europeans did not come here to wipe out a peaceful society. On the contrary. Many of the original Europeans who settled here were peaceful, God fearing men and women who came here to escape a tyrannical dictatorship in England and from unjust taxation.

The "natives" here before us were NOT peaceful people. Some were, yes, but most were not. Wars have been waged for thousands of years over territory rights and the such.

But to just claim that these people had a right to be here and be left alone and everyone else living here should be shipped out, is not a very accurate suggestion.

I did not suggest that. I offered an alternate perspective to the issue. I also did not say that they were peaceful people. People, by nature, are territorial. It is an animal instinct. I think it is reasonable to expect a violent resistance by the people whose territory is being invaded. My point, in a nutshell, is that people tend to forget that they would not be a part of this country had their ancestors not been immigrants at some point in history. We teach children the importance of sharing at a young age, but we tend to forget the importance of it in adulthood. To many people in this country, if you are not a white christian, you do not belong here. That is simply not what this country is about….at least, it shouldn't be.

I agree, as long as you immigrate legally. Illegal immigrants are not the same as legal immigrants and I don't believe that they should be receiving benefits of any kind, especially off the tax payers.
