No. Same title different song. I don't think it was a hit in the US but it gets played every Christmas. The video is the three wise men following the star but the song doesn't mention Christmas. The opening line is "I'll protect you from the Hooded Claw - keep the vampires from your door." It's a great song - find it on YouTube and you'll see what I mean. :)
