It's a reference to the movie "The Third Man" - if you haven't seen it check it out

I was trying to think of way of congratulating you on reaching a million points. I called Socrates the Buzz Aldrin of Imgflip. In the film there is a mysterious "Third Man" who turns out to be Harry Lime - so being the third man to reach a million points kind of makes you Harry Lime. As they say - if you have to explain... The film usually features in "Top 100" lists and is worth checking out. When you hit 2 000 000 it will be a simple "DiCaprio cheers". :)

I can't believe I totally missed this. This is one of my favorite movies ever, and I couldn't figure out why you chose it for Raydog, since Harry Lime is a little bit of a shady character!
