#1 He said he was going to ban all Muslims from entering the US. That goes against the 1st (Freedom of Religion) and 14th Amendments.

#2 He said he was going to force everyone to say "Merry Christmas". That goes against the 1st Amendment.

#3 He said he wants to shut down all of the mosques in America. That goes against the First Amendment.

Should I go on?

TrumpTroll | SOURCES, OR I NEVER SAID IT! | image tagged in trumptroll | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
First off, I misspelled cite. Second, do you know how to cite sources? You didn't give me any links or anything in quotations other than Merry Christmas.

1. Actually no, that doesn't. The 1st Amendment is saying that everyone has the freedom of speech, the press, and the practice of religion without gov. involvement or favor of any religions. If he was to ban Muslims from coming here that doesn't violate the 1st amendment. lol Why'd you even say that? To "Trump" up the charges I'm sure. lol

It also wouldn't violate the 14th amendment, because those Muslims he would supposedly be banning weren't born here. Ta-da!

2. Do you think he was joking maybe? Do you take every word someone says as literal? Can you cite me a source with maybe the whole conversation? Somethings taken out of context may sound serious when they're intended to be a joke. And saying you're going to force people to say things but also supporting the constitution seems like a joke to me.

3. Where/when did he say this? Do you have a link or anything to go on other than hearsay?

Should I go on? Because you seem like you need me to go on? If you can post links to these things he's "saying". I'll read it. :{

1. Beyond inciting condemnation from Republican presidential rivals, GOP leaders and others, legal and immigration experts said Tuesday that Trump's proposal violated the Constitution's equal protection clause and freedom of religion granted under the First Amendment. Source: http://www.usnews.com/news/politics/articles/2015/12/08/legal-experts-agree-trumps-proposal-unconstitutional

2. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Friday people can bank on a return of the phrase “Merry Christmas” if he’s elected to the White House. Source: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/sep/25/donald-trump-you-will-hear-merry-christmas-if-im-e/

3. Donald Trump on Monday suggested he would "strongly consider" shutting down mosques in the U.S. as part of the response to the terror attacks in Paris. Source: http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/16/politics/donald-trump-paris-attacks-close-mosques

Should I go on?

This is going to be fun!

1. I didn't see the actual quote of Trump saying he would ban Muslims in that whole article. But what I did see that makes your argument on this one point useless is down at the bottom of that article. Trump is saying it would be temporary until we can straighten out or decipher who is and isn't a terrorist better. So, no I don't see him as being unconstitutional if he's trying to protect it and the country from possible foreing invasion/attack.

2. Your second article also doesn't defend your position at all. Trump never once said he'd force people to say Merry Christmas as you said he did.

What he said/was referring to was that it would no longer be un-PC to say or display the word Christmas or to say Merry Christmas. Which it isn't. The only people who get offended by that are people who HATE Christians.

So he's right to want to do that and you're wrong for misrepresenting the data to make it look like he was going to FORCE it on you. lol

3. Even before reading your third article, I know it's going to go the opposite way of what you were trying to claim.

The first time you said he WAS going to shut down the Mosques if elected. This time, you put he "strongly consider"s it. lol Misrepresent info much?

And if you had read that article you linked to, you'd see what he really said. He was saying to monitor mosques and if any were preaching hate speech to shut them down. Which the gov. could do if the hate speech is towards the unlawful overthrow of the country. lol

If it's not obvious to you that most of what is being said about Trump is by the democrats to solely get you to hate the man and not based on factual observations in the least, then you need to reassess your belief system/discernment.

They're clearly trying to pull the race/bigot card on Trump and it's not working.

You were wrong in your claims. And it's sad that you tried so hard to make him look like he was going against the Constitution by doing what he was SUGGESTING. lol

Should I go on? You still seem like you need me to go on? I can keep going on about how wrong you are... :{

It's good that you've cited the sources now, but why the sarcastic comments? There's no point making fun of someone when all they've done is asked you for sources.
