Lucifer became evil after being kicked out of heaven so I guess the earth made evil.

of course God knew what was gonna happen God made him leave and let who wanted to go with him go and a big part of the angels did thats why its so hard to be good for so many of us.

so you're suggesting that it is God's will that Satan exists and does evil?

God let Lucifer leave his presence because God chose to not listen to his plan he had for us.
