I stand corrected. There is in fact a newer version that supports dropping small precision bombs. Thank you for pointing that out, I learned something new. I didn't feel a need to research it because the 105 shells are easily mistakable for bombs and the 'attack' was actually a sustained suppression (albeit not on a verified target). Very tragic event in any right. Boots on the ground isn't a politically popular option, when you can see your target with your own eyes, it eliminates a lot of 'human error'.
