I guess you have a point. Its just so weird that I used to at least have a chance of getting my memes on ths front page and now I never seem able to.

Yeah, that would be frustrating. When I went through your memes to add the upvotes, I sorted them by "Latest," and I noticed the most recent page of 14 memes had a lot fewer upvotes than any of the rest of the pages. I don't know if that means anything - it's like a drop-off in votes for those memes.
