I guess he's a celebrity, in a way (in the imgflip world). He's just a really high-scoring user who makes really popular (and funny) memes. He's #3 on imgflip's all-time leaderboard, and he's been leading the weekly leaderboard (by a huge margin) for the past couple of weeks I think. But to be honest, I don't know why people are making so many memes about him all of a sudden. I can't explain that part of it. Maybe a few people started it, and others are just following along with the trend. I really don't know.
