What does "dynamically more attractive" mean?

I'm guessing that you don't need help with the word "attractive"

But I still don't get what you meant. I wasn't asking what the word "dynamic" means, I was asking what it implies when it modifies attractive. I guess I was asking something along the lines of what you had in mind when you used that phrase, as opposed to "more attractive." But it's not really a big deal I guess. :)
