I just hate it when ppl say 'superman would definitely win, batman has no powers'. And they're so sure of themselves. But Batman is a genius. Literally. He has studied Superman. He is aware that Superman is one of the most powerful in the universe. That means he's a threat. Batman carries a small dose of kryptonite in his belt at all times. And I'm not saying Batman could hands down win. It's going to be a great fight. Look up batman hush superman fight. Can't wait for Dawn of Justice

It's not hard for me to imagine that Batman would win. He's smarter, more likely to use dirty tactics (Superman always plays "fair"), and like you said, he's got the kryptonite.

But Goku would beat them both. :)
