Found this one online. Don't know exactly what it means, but it cracks me up. :)

Given no force to negate the velocity, an acceleration of 9.8m/s2 means that an object dropped will gain a velocity of 9.8m/s every second - at 0 time with 0 velocity, 1 second later the object is at 9.8 m/s, at 2 seconds the object is moving at 19.6 m/s, 3 seconds. As I'm a science student it's actually funny.

Thanks for explaining. I understood the equation but I didn't get what it had to do with "greasy." Maybe the idea is she has so much grease that she provides her own friction even in a vacuum? Anyway I thought it was funny.

I think the word greasy refers to kinetic friction.Kinetic friction can be stated as the frictional force which is not strong enough to stop all motion or the movement of the body.

I don't really know. I usually put spaces or hit Enter between the link and other text I write. But I don't know if that makes a difference.
